BaT Exclusive: Twin-Cam 5-Speed 1968 BMW 1600 This 1968 BMW 1600 (chassis 1561143) was found by the seller on BaT two years ago, and though in need of some general cosmetic tidying the car is described as solid, quick and very fun to drive. Running a 140 HP M42 twin-cam four and 5-speed from an E36 318i, the car now offers tii-beating levels of power. We'd add new carpet and some other details, but overall this is a nicely upgraded little roundie with attractive short bumpers and Bristol Gray color.
