Click here to read more...   Great Combination: 1964 Chevrolet Malibu SS 283/4-Speed This 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu (chassis 45837H114314) is claimed to be a factory-built SS model equipped with a 283CI V8 and floor-shift 4-speed manual. The car looks great at a glance, though closer inspection does reveal a handful of flaws including some moderate rust. It sounds very healthy in an included video, the seller adding that it benefits from a rebuilt motor, and seems that with a reasonable amount of effort could be made into a fantastic driver. Described by the seller as solid on top and underneath, it's further claimed to benefit from a rebuilt motor, clutch and more. Overall an appealing project whose only real deficit is neatly addressed by an optionally available 3.8 motor with overdrive transmission—definitely something we'd swing for if we were considering a purchase.
