50K Mile 1984 Maserati Biturbo

49k-Mile 1984 Maserati Bi-Turbo

This 1984 Maserati Biturbo may be one of the best original carbureted Biturbos left in the United States. This example is described as mechanic owned and rust-free, and retains all of its original equipment in working order. 50k miles means someone’s clearly been committed to keeping it going, though from what we understand their are a lot of open-source-style, enthusiast-developed reliability modifications that have become popular over the years. Find this one here on eBay in Covina, California for $7,800 OBO.

Update: Almost Finished 1968 Riley Elf Mklll Project

04

7/25/2015 Update: This 1968 Riley Elf MkIII is back on the market just over a year since we last featured it. Then parked outside in bumper-high grass, the new seller has cleaned the tank, fitted a new carb, water pump and rebuilt the brake master as well as a few other things, however the car still needs some further fine-tuning to be truly roadworthy. A 1275 engined example, it could be a lot of fun and quite quick with the right approach. Find it here on eBay in New Buffalo, Michigan with no reserve. Special thanks to BaT reader Mike A. for the submission.

No Reserve: 1979 Peugeot 604 Diesel

Featuring a four cylinder diesel engine and a 5-speed manual transmission, this may represent many reader’s most coveted specification. These fairly large French sedans are roughly analagous to the W123 chassis Mercedes of the same period, but are so unusual in the United States that this is a truly rare find.
