Like Senna’s: 1991 Acura NSX 5-Speed
This 1991 Acura NSX (VIN JH4NA115XMT003090) is a stock, well kept looking example of Honda’s aluminum halo car. This very early example lacks the somewhat surprised looking, fixed headlight fascia of late production cars and is all the better for it. These days NSX’s are fairly often modified, so this totally stock example is a very nice find. Find it here on eBay in Newport Beach, California with no reserve beyond an unmet $48k starting bid and a jaw-dropping $288k BIN. Special thanks to BaT reader David P. for this submission.
One of Ten: 1972 FMC XR311 Military Recon Prototype
This 1972 FMC XR311 military recon vehicle (chassis XR311T3) is one of ten purchased by the US Army and tested by the 2nd Armored Division in 1972 and again in 1974. A 190 horsepower, 318ci Chrysler V8 and automatic are located in the back. Find it here at Cruisin Classics in Columbus, Ohio for $39,995. Special thanks to BaT reader Robert R. for this submission.
Rare in the USA: 1983 Polski Fiat 126
This Polski Fiat 126p is a recently imported example that’s said to be daily driven. The seller adds that all systems were gone through prior to being brought over, and though quite common in their native Poland, these cars (and their Italian made counterparts) are a lot harder to come by in the United States. Find this one here on Craigslist in Alexandria, Virginia for $8k.
460 Powered Monster: 1962 Ford Galaxie 500
This Ford Galaxie 500 is described as having been built for racing, and is fitted with a 460 cubic inch block that’s been heavily massaged with an impressive list of go-fast parts to produce a claimed 550 horsepower and 485 lb. ft. of torque. The seller indicates lettering and decals were applied to give it a tribute look and are easily removed, while the massive rubber on 15″ x 10″ steel wheels and factory hubcaps look absolutely killer. Find it here on eBay in Philo, California with no reserve.
