Race Built Hakosuka: 1972 Nissan Skyline

This 1972 Nissan Skyline GT is well known at west coast tracks, being campaigned regularly in the two years since completion by it builder Jim Froula. The car is the only race-spec Hako that we have ever seen on track in the USA, and and the build is a nice homage to the livery and details of the cars we see in historic footage from Japan, but minus the twin-cam wail. Find it here on eBay in Woodinville, Washington. Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission.

VFR800 Moto Power: RWD 1972 Honda N600

VFR800 Moto Power: RWD 1972 Honda N600

This 1972 Honda N600 (chassis AN6001041247) is described by the seller as being “impractical, loud, dangerous, and… the answer to a question no one asked.” Its original-equipment 598-cc, 36 HP air-cooled twin has been replaced with a tweaked Honda VFR800 engine developing an estimated 110-115 HP, now driving through the rear wheels instead of the factory FWD. Find it here on eBay in Bakersfield, California with reserve not met as of this writing.

Rare Hardtop Variant: 1950 Allard P1 Coupe

1950 ALLARD P1 2-door Coupe

This 1950 Allard P1 Coupe (chassis 91P1678) is an older restoration of the marque’s first postwar, closed body GT. These large tourers occupy about the same footprint as a current Subaru Legacy, with seating for five and a nicely finished interior for a small British manufacturer of the day. Find this one here on eBay in Monte Carlo, Monaco with reserve not met. Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission.
