$3K Price Drop Update: Turbo 16V/5-Speed Swapped 1968 Volvo 145S
5/7/2016 Update: Less than a year later and this 1968 Volvo 145S is back on the market again, seemingly by the same seller. Their asking price has been dropped substantially, with an “OBO” added for good measure. The car still looks nicely put together, including a professionally built-up B230FT, though the Fox Mustang sourced T-5 5-speed will still need a rebuild before too long. $3300 Running Project: 1991 Nissan Figaro
This 1991 Nissan Figaro was imported by the seller many years ago, likely from Japan which was the only official market for these limited edition, Micra-based soft tops. The ad says that it ran fine for a while, then developed a miss that hasn’t been traceable thus far. As a result, the car has been sitting for some time, but still sounds to be running. The seller just wants to cut their losses at this point, but the car sounds to be pretty promising, especially at this price–shipping for a better one would probably cost more. One of 54: Silver over Imola 2001 BMW M5
This 2001 BMW M5 is a rare bird, with understated Titanium Silver exterior paint over bright Imola red leather on the inside. The seller gives a large list of maintenance, and combined with good cosmetics, this one looks to have been cared for properly. Additionally, the seller says it’s completely stock, including OEM wheels that thankfully are free of the “shadow chrome” finish applied to many. Find it here on Craigslist for $20,800. Fully Functional w/ Fresh Drivetrain: 1991 Jeep Wagoneer
This 1991 Jeep Wagoneer (VIN 1J4GS5878MP803816) comes with receipts that date back to 2008, detailing a newer engine and a recently replaced transmission. The seller says it’s entirely rust free, and further notes that they’ve recently spent quite a lot getting all electrics in full working order. Additionally, the truck has been resprayed in its factory color very recently, and the tidy interior is said to remain all original. Find it here on eBay in San Marcos, California with reserve not met.
