Spectrum Stripes: 360 Swapped 1978 Plymouth Volare Road Runner
This 1978 Plymouth Volare (chassis HL29G8B318853) wears some interesting colors and stripes as part of its mostly appearance-focused Road Runner package, though in place of its original smog-choked 318, the car now runs a rebuilt 360–a proper match for its factory Sure Grip LSD rear end. Paint and graphics were reapplied in the past decade, and though photos are only OK, it appears that the car is in excellent condition Find it here on eBay in Salina, Kansas with no reserve.
Norfolk Mustard: 1997 Lotus Esprit V8
This 1997 Lotus Esprit V8 (VIN SCCFE33C5VHF65342) is described as a well sorted, cosmetically excellent 28k mile example with cold A/C, new Michelin Pilot Super Sports, and a clean CarFax. Further said to be a pleasure to drive, it does look very nicely kept in photos, and sale includes both removable glass and body colored roof inserts. Find it here at Fantasy Junction in Emeryville, California for an even $30k.
V10/6-Speed Manual Swap: RHD 2004 BMW M3
This 2004 BMW M3 looks completely stock from the outside, but packs the screaming 5.0 liter S85 V10 normally found in E60 M5 or E63 M6. Cosmetics aren’t flawless, but the car still looks like a good driver, and though details are frustratingly few, this one should be two handfuls of fun. Matching-Numbers 440 Six Pack: 1970 Plymouth Superbird
This 1970 Plymouth Superbird is described as a matching-numbers 440 Six Pack/automatic car with a 3.55 Sure Grip limited slip rear end and 44k original miles. The car sounds to have been at least partially restored in the past, though the vinyl top remains factory and is said to be in perfect condition. No other photos are provided, but the ad further notes recent mechanical freshening including fitment of all new front end and brake parts as well as carpets.
