Breadvan no More: Chopped 1970 Lotus Europa S2 Turbo

This 1970 Lotus Europa S2 (chassis 7005130314R) was customized by the seller as an open top speedster with a claimed 1,000 hours of labor put into the build. Most attention has been paid to cosmetics and the body features numerous other mods in addition to the chopped roof, while the car’s running gear remains stock aside from fitment of a Rajay turbo kit. Some of the visual changes aren’t entirely successful, but we dig the concept, and there’s nothing here that couldn’t be changed without too much trouble. Find it here on eBay in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada with reserve not met.

Matching-Numbers 4-Speed w/ Posi: 1973 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 RS

a

This 1973 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 RS (chassis 1Q87T3N176484) is described as a “very original” numbers-matching car with a 4-speed and 3.73 geared Posi rear end. Both engine and trans were rebuilt three years ago, for which the seller has more than $10k in receipts. It now runs a .030 overbore, performance cam, forged pistons and Edelbrock RPM heads (originals included), and the seller quotes a very respectable 386 HP and over 400 lb. ft. The car looks sharp inside and out, and is further claimed to be a great driver. Find it here on Craigslist in Denver, Colorado for $39,500.

Almost Running: 20 Years Stored 1960 Maserati 3500GT

a

This 1960 Maserati 3500GT (chassis AM101934) ran when parked sometime in the late 1990’s, and is said to crank over with good compression and functioning fuel pumps–finicky carbs keep it from starting again, however. Imported to the Bay Area in the 1960’s and later resprayed blue from factory white, the car is currently offered by a marque specialist who says that it’s complete. Find it here on eBay in Santa Barbara, California with reserve not met.

Double Rare: 2006 BMW X5 6-Speed w/ Sport Pack

BMW X5 2006 6 speed manual SUPER RARE sport package

This 2006 BMW X5 is a rare 6-speed manual example, made even scarcer than the similar example featured last month by the addition of a factory Sport Package. This option included more supportive seats, a thicker rimmed steering wheel, revised suspension tuning and more. This particular one looks to have been very well cared for over its 130k recorded miles, and the seller notes lots of maintenance performed over the past 12 months. These cars actually handle quite well, while offering the ease of entry and higher driving position that are traditional selling points for the type. Find it here on Craigslist near San Diego, California for $9,500.
