Viper V10 Swapped: BMW Z4 Coupe

a

This BMW Z4 coupe’s model year isn’t mentioned, but these relatively rare factory hardtops were made from 2006 to 2008. Built by a German tuner, the car has given up its original straight-six for an 8.3 liter Dodge Viper V10 delivering 550 HP to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual. The seller says it was built with reliability and safety as being key, adding that performance is “brutal.” Fully registered and street ready, it looks very mean and quite well put together, too, Find it here on eBay in Saarbrücken, Germany for 49,500 euros (~$55,600 USD today). Special thanks to BaT reader Chuck G. for this submission.

Rare Two Door Driver: 1976 Jaguar XJ6C

Rare '76 Jaguar XJ6C coupe - only 200 remain...

This 1976 Jaguar XJ6C is a rare pillarless coupe that the seller describes as a largely sorted driver with good, five-footer cosmetics and a well kept original interior. The car is not without issues, such as inop A/C, some rust, and a few leaks, but overall it sounds to be in quite decent shape and could probably easily be enjoyed as-is. Find it here on Craigslist in Boise, Idaho for $12k. Special thanks to BaT reader Glen A. for this submission.

Rare in the USA: 1967 Citroen 2CV Fourgonnette

1967 Citroen 2CV Truckette

This 1967 Citroen 2CV Fourgonnette (chassis 9150435) is offered as a restored example that’s said to be powered by a Mehari-sourced 602cc engine. Few other details are given, but the seller says the little truckette is in top mechanical condition, and it appears to be a very decent driver in photos as well. Find it here on Craigslist in Los Angeles, California for $10,950.

Ex-Unser & Villeneuve Can-Am Champ: 1982 Lola GR2 Frisbee

This 1982 Lola Frisbee GR2 Can-Am racer is the first team car of two that delivered that year’s championship to Al Unser Jr. and Jacques Villeneuve Sr. Said to have just twenty hours on all its major components, the car has a distinct, slightly futuristic look, aided here by a really cool livery. Built around a Lola 332 tub, an injected 5 liter SBC provides motivation. Historically significant and with spares, we hope it’s driven in anger often for many years to come. Find it here on eBay in Auburn, Washington with reserve not met.
