Big Price Drop Update: 1980 Renault-Alpine A310 Fleischmann
9/12/2016 Update: A bit more than two years later and this interesting Fleischmann modified 1980 Renault-Alpine A310 is back on the market, this time with quite a bit more hard info and a nearly $13k price drop, too. The seller admits that it’s not perfect due to sitting for many years, and fiberglass bodywork as well as the sun-baked interior will need work as a result. Still, mileage is reported to be just 62k and change kilometers, and all electronics including gauges are reportedly in working order. Elegant V12 GT: 1969 Lamborghini Islero 400 GT
This 1969 Lamborghini Islero 400 GT is one of only 125 ever constructed, and it appears to be in a well-preserved state. The car has received some mechanical freshening along with a recent tuneup, and the seller says that it starts easily, whether hot or cold. Widely regarded as the “forgotten Lamborghini,” these cars were actually some of the best GT’s of the era, with a comfortable driving position, great outward visibility, and of course Bizzarrini’s fantastic four cam V12. Frame-Down NAPCO 4×4 Converted: 1956 Chevrolet Suburban
This 1956 Chevrolet Suburban (chassis 3A560015292) started life as a standard 2WD truck, and was bought by the seller already restored to stock in 2013. It’s since been converted in what they term a “frame-down rebuild” using all period correct NAPCO 4×4 parts. The truck looks very good inside, out and underneath, but is driven regularly and sounds to be in good working order, too–only the original radio isn’t working. Price Drop: 1990 Range Rover V8 2-Door
9/12/2016 Update: This Range Rover has now been listed here on eBay with a $5k opening bid.

This 1990 Range Rover is a rare two-door model that’s said to be daily driven. The truck is definitely rough around the edges, but LHD two-doors are hard to find, and the seller says that this fuel-injected 3.9 liter V8 example runs and drives well. Rust will almost certainly be an issue, but the interior looks surprisingly good, and it could make an excellent trail beater. Find it here on Craigslist in Los Angeles, California for $12k.
