V8/5-Speed Swapped 1983 Datsun 280ZX
This 1983 Datsun 280ZX (VIN JN1CZ04S4DX757269) wears a fresh restoration featuring a thorough respray, new interior, and replacement of its L28 by a crate Chevrolet 350 V8 and 5-speed gearbox. Less than 250 miles have been added since completion last year and the car looks fantastic thanks to attractive, well chosen details and evidently good workmanship. For an S130 chassis Z-car, this one is close to perfect. Find it here on eBay in Fruita, Colorado with reserve not met.
Sort and Go: 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV
This 1974 Alfa Romeo 2000 GT Veloce (chassis no. AR3024068) is described as a rust free California car that was partially restored two months ago after spending 20 years in storage. The ad features a nice breakdown discussing work that’s been performed and the car photographs nicely, displaying clean paint, a nice interior and a tidy engine bay. Find it here on Craigslist in Thousand Oaks, California for $35k.
’51 Crosley Super Sports: Sebring Sucessor
This 1951 Crosley Super Sports (chassis VC30083) has emerged from long storage following a planned restoration. With two long-term owners since the early 1960s, the car “runs, drives, and stops,” and is described as being “solid and complete” by the seller. A cache of parts is also included, and the seller offers free delivery to buyers located along I-95, as he plans to attend next month’s AACA Fall Meet in Hershey, PA. Find it here on eBay in Savannah, Georgia, with a starting bid of $3,500.
1967 International Harvester Travelall 1100
This 1967 International Harvester Travelall 1100 is being offered by its third owner, who describes the truck as having undergone a light cosmetic restoration some 20 years ago. It has remained in the Northwest since it was purchased new, and the dry climate of its current location has no doubt helped to preserve its condition. The truck has been running a transplanted 392ci V8 for the last 50k miles after its original 345 broke a camshaft decades ago, and the seller says it runs smooth and pulls strong, though a puff of smoke and a bit of lifter tick is notable upon start-up. Find it here on eBay in Canyon Creek, Montana with no reserve.
