$1500 for Charity: 1984 Maserati Biturbo
This 1984 Maserati Biturbo (VIN ZAMAL1108EB319055) was donated to a charitable organization that has now listed it for sale. It’s a bit of a gamble, as no history or specifics are provided, but the odometer reads a believable 70k miles and condition looks pretty decent inside and out. At this price, it could be worth it just to experience owning a trident badge. Find it here on Craigslist in Rancho Cordova, California for $1,500.
Super Light-Duty: 1983 Suzuki Mighty Boy Pick-Up in the US
This 1983 Suzuki Mighty Boy is an unusual sight outside of Japan, where these tiny trucks are among the only Kei-class pick-ups ever made. At one time the home market’s least expensive car, these are very simply machines, with a naturally-aspirated 543cc triple powering the front wheels through a 4-speed manual gearbox. Likewise, steering and four-wheel drums are also unassisted, and the seller goes so far as to call it a “driver’s car.” It definitely looks fun, and with a surprisingly decent 350kg payload for the tiny bed, could even prove itself useful for hauling parts or maybe a really heavy dog. Find it here on Craigslist in Plainville, Connecticut for $4,400. Special thanks to BaT reader Cameron D. for this submission.
57K-Mile Semi-Automatic: 1979 Honda Accord Hatchback
This 1979 Honda Accord LX comes in the preferred three-door body style, and according to the seller remains almost entirely original and very well-preserved. Claimed to have been kept in a climate-controlled garage from new, we gather it’s recently been removed from said storage after remaining there for 20 years following the original owner’s passing. Condition looks remarkably good throughout, and everything except a period aftermarket cassette deck is working–including A/C. Find it here at VINE somewhere in New England for $8k. Special thanks to BaT reader Michael B. for this submission.
A V12 Coupe for Edsel: 1941 Lincoln Continental
This 1941 Lincoln Continental coupe (chassis H123235) is said to be a very nice driver rather than a concours level restoration. Recognized as a full classic by the CCCA, these cars have tremendous presence, especially in darker, single-tone color schemes like this stately example. While the ad is somewhat brief, the car is said to benefit from a rebuilt V12, freshened brakes, a nicely redone interior and more. Find it here on eBay in Gainesville, Florida for $63,000 OBO.
