Flagship Sedan: Well-Kept 1993 Acura Legend LS
This 1993 Acura Legend LS (VIN JH4KA7675PC003227) is described as very clean and well maintained, and photos do appear to show an unusually nice example of what was once Honda’s sub-NSX flagship. The seller claims over $11k invested since purchase in January of this year, with work including fitment of new CV joints, shocks, tires, and quite a bit more. Acura just celebrated its 30th birthday, and though the new NSX is looking great, they haven’t built a sedan this appealing in quite a while. Find it here on Craigslist in Scotts Valley, California for $5,900.
Period-Style Triton Build: Cool Triumph/Norton Mashup
This bike combines a 1967 Triumph TR6R parallel twin and ’63 Norton Atlas Featherbed frame. Started in 2007 but just recently finished, these so-called Triton builds were once popular in the late 60’s and early 70’s British cafe scene, and this one is off to a great start with lots of excellent period-style components as well as a rebuilt engine and gearbox. A nice alloy tank with Triton decals is available for an extra $800 if the fiberglass item isn’t your thing–either way we think it’s a nice looking machine. Find it here on eBay in Laredo, Texas with an $8.750 BIN. Special thanks to BaT reader Frank for this submission.
Hot Rod Mango: 1971 Toyota Corolla
This 1971 Toyota Corolla was professionally built by Toy Auto Clinic in Pasadena, and the seller says fun and reliability were top priorities. Power comes from a built 3T-C mated to a 5-speed, and the car looks clean and well finished inside and out. Said to need nothing, the ad further claims no rust or accident history. Find it here on Craigslist in Novato, California for $14k.
Rare LHD Export Midget: 1959 Daihatsu Trimobile
This 1959 Daihatsu Trimobile is one of a small handful of LHD three-wheeled trucks sold in the US, and though in need of restoration with a disassembled engine, the seller does believe it to be complete. Condition looks good too, and the ad claims that the odd little truck has been inside since the 80’s. Find it here on eBay in Elmer, New Jersey with reserve not met. Special thanks to BaT reader PGN for this submission.
